im on my period now but my stomach keeps growling .. is it cramps.. gas.. or pregnancy?

its gas. it could not be cramps because it could indicate pre-labor.
if your tummy keeps grumbling, your baby is hungry. imagine you should be taking food good for two people. and whatever you eat, your baby gets.

Mine never growled any more than normal during my pregnancies. If you have your period then you aren't pregnant (and although some women do continue with periods while pregnant its pretty rare so I doubt you are... sorry) If you still think you are consult your Dr

It is just your stomach digesting your food or gas...if you are on your period it is most likely not pregnancy. Try Gas X or something.

I don't think that you are pregnant. Your stomach don't start to grow until about 5 months along. Maybe it's just gas.
