I have a record company and would like to get a email address for it,and I have a domain name i would like to see about hosting and a site.

yahoo web solutions are good for this, you can just sign up for their business email accounts and use a domain, or if you want a website to go with it, they have that as well + 500 email addresses (business email addresses from your domain)

When your website is up you usually get an email addtress with it.
