All of a sudden , one day it froze during a song, so i shut it off. I haven't been able to use it since. When i turn it on, the creative opening screen shows, but the hard drive never turns on and i can't access any of the music. Thanks for any help!

I have the same mp3 player and the same thing happened to me.

There's a way to fix it on www.creative.com... just go to customer support or faq... I forget which one. I'll get it.

It should be here:

ingenious Zen Micro. As Mr. Vise Grips reported, it would not 'lock' you into iTunes, and that i think of it fairly is only much less difficult to apply. i do no longer understand from experience, yet i've got heard that the ingenious Zen Micro lasts longer than the iPod. i think it - the Zen Micro is mind-blowing.

They have a term for this behaviour. It's "Broke". When an item is "Broke" you should take it to a "TECH" to get it fixed.
