Just let him do what he wants. It doesn't seem to be hurting you. Maybe your sex life is great because you watch porn with him and let him talk on chat lines. If you try to stop him from doing what he wants, that'll make things worse.
I think the main problem is some insecurity on your part. He's doing this stuff, and he's still with you, so don't worry if he wants to look at other naked women.

If it bothers you, I would first suggest you talk to him about the aspects of these two activities that bother you. The porn part...well, that I think you will find has to do with the simple fact men are visual creatures. This isn't necessarily a right answer, but you could try bringing his attention/fantasy back to you by appealing to that visual part of his mind and distract him by dressing sexy or doing things to get his attention. The other issue is this: you say your sex life is great, but does he?
As for the chatlines. Is he talking to people in general or just women? First, you need to ask yourself one simple question: do you trust him?

Sounds to me like he might be interested in some strange. Watching and participating in the porn thing is fine because you are doing it together but does he let you read his chat messages? How do you know he isn't trying to hook up with others for sex on the side? I think you should ask him what he is chatting about.

He is just using the Internet to get images and fantasies in his mind. The porn movies are another way of creating new exciting images. Don't take any of it personally,it has nothing to do with you. If sex is great then you have nothing to worry about. Men seem wierd at times but that is how they are.

Porn and Internet sex chat can become an addiction. And is not one of the most common grounds people divorce. SERIOUSLY. I think here the problem could be your feelings towards this and his lack of knowledge or acceptance of your feelings. Get counseling as a couple.
