I'm not saying this harshly so please don't take this wrong but to start with you shouldn't ask such a health problem on-line and end up with a variety of answers and suggestions. The only one that can really help you is your family doctor or a gynecologist. It may be nothing to worry about but you should get it checked out as soon as you can.That way your mind will be at rest instead of guessing and if there's a problem you'll be at the right place.

I had the problem for years, have to get on birth control and possibly aldactone, it maybe spasmic cyst syndrom, very common

it could just be your hormone levels going up and down.
I my self bled for over a year before it stopped.
