There's a guy who i liked and i asked him out last yr. and he said no,but this yr. he's like all over me and i still like him.

maybe he sees what a good thing u are and now likes you...just be cautious..go out with him because you still like him..but keep an open mind that he may be teasing you..if that is the case..you shouldn't wanna date him, but wont know until you go out with him

ask him out. if he says no then yes hes teasing you and bein a butt hole, so ditch him! if he says yes then duh he likes u.
