White people have it, or at least the same ability to have it, it's just that white people think advancement means to give up the old ways. When really advancement means to keep the old ways and learn more ways on top of them.

White people do have magic but very secretively. There are the Masons and the Rosecrutians and also the Christian Magicians. The Christian Magicians are said to have been instrumental in getting George W Bush elected. To counter that many spiritual people, mostly withces, around the world jointly worked their brand of magic to make his truths come out. Need I say more? Also when Christians are praying, this is a formof magic as well, but dont tell them that. Magic is merely the manipulating the universal energy.

I am part indian and i don't have magic lol...I think that is just an old stereo type of indians. They were native people that just believed in the power of the land and animals. Their magic is the same as praying to God.

Being of native American decent this is a first for me to hear. Some others who do not understand Indians confuse magic with their honoring the earth and creation and all it has given every creature on earth. MAGIC, that's for your casino shows, not for true Indians.

I think you're confusing magic with power.
This is going to be a bit of a generalization, but our religions have power because we believe in the unseen world around us. We haven't lost touch with the part of ourselves that is spirit, not flesh, and as a result, our rituals have power.
Technologically based societies frequently forget that there is a spiritual component to man as well as a logical/material one. Those people tend to dwell in the physical realm and lack real spiritual power. Even when people like that do perform rituals (church, magic, etc.), they find that there's no real connection to the spirit realm and the spiritual part of themselves.
Long answer, I know, but it's the best explanation I can give.

You need to do your homework my friend, I believe you may have been misinformed. No body does not have magic its just that very very very few people are aware of it. Even if they realize it, it is not something that is easy to accept and be open about. I could compare it to a closed homosexual coming out, but 100% worse because society knows that homosexuals exist. Women burned alive because the others feared what they did not understand. I believe my tangent has gone on long enough.

Most white people don't believe in magic, so they don't have it. The Indians have it because i think it's part of their religion.

You mean, people from India?
I guess because white people don't want to hang out on the streets in India and charm cobras and stuff like that.
Or did you mean some other Indians?

it is just a question put out there to see what you think and y'all are making a federal case out of it (well, just two). i appreciate most of the answers because they did it tactfully. when i say most, i mean all of them but two, the angry little girl above me, ketani, and the other angry little girl, deerwoman777, struck a cord in me. don't assume this person is not native american because he might be and you are just showing how prejudiced you are against others who may just want to know what you think. as for keteni, or whatever your name is, this is just a harmless question. no need for name calling. you could have responded in a better way that gets your feelings across.
as for the question, i think magic comes from belief, which apparently two of these people have in the extreme. so much for being openminded, huh?

Matter of opinion. I know a white man who told some Native Americans about a lost gold mine on a reservation. He told them
God might help them find it if they share it with all thier peoples.
Two weeks later, a psychic, (he hadn't said anything about it).
Told him she sees people following him, because he knows
where the gold is! He has contacted all kinds of Native American
organizations, and nobody cares.
In his opinion, natives today are no different than white folk.
Big smoke!
