what if someone buts water in a cup and puts rubbing alcohol in the cups and puts a dollar in it and let is catch on fire. what would happen?

that depends on the ratio of alcohol to H2O,if the alcohol is less than the water then they'll just mix and no flame ,if the ratio is reversed say 5to1 you'll get a low flame the bill acting as a wick,if the dollar is in change you get wet coins and a low flame for a short time. Why do you care?

if the alcohol weights more then the water then it will catch on fire. try it tonight outside and back away from it just in case and see what happens

The dollar bil will appear to burn, because the alcohol runs into the bill and burns better with exposure to the air. But the bill itself will not burn.

well you wont have a dollar since you just put it in water but the fire dose nothing to dollar unless you rub the dollar in the Alcohal first

It might burn, if there is enough alcohol in it. Why do you need to know?
