well they said that skinny and long stomachs are usually boys and when its round, then its usually a girl...i dont know how tru that is tho...=)

I have one of each and the only thing Ive found out to be accurate was the ultrasound (and even those are wrong for some ladies) all those cute tools and charts on the baby sites are fun but I don't put much value on them... I think its mostly coincidence when they are right. So all in all the only 100% guaranteed way to find out is delivering the baby.

I found that none of the myths are true. I have been part of the Babycenter community for a long time and heard all kinds of stories both for and against old wives tales about determining sex. You'll just have to wait and see.

I had a boy and these were true for me:
Heartburn, Sickness returning during the last trimester,
The "eyelid" trick. Pull the bottom eyelid down to where you can see the red. Look at the darkest red shape. If it is closer to your nose - boy. (farther away - girl). My belly was high, and was shaped like a football. They say with boys you get moody, not emotional - Just Plain Angry! And I did.

My answer is similar to the pencil trick but instead use your ring or your husbands ring, tie thread through the ring and hang it above the tummy (you should be laying down) if it moves in a circle you should have a boy and if it moves back and fourth you should have a girl.

i have heard the pencil trick works. put a threaded needle in the eraser of a pencil. Hold the thread/pencil and place it over your wrist. It will begin moving. Circle means boy and cross mean girl. My sister's and i use to do it

they say you are more sick with a girl than a boy, I was sick as a dog and had a girl. I also did the needle test, and it was true. Coinsidence?? Who knows.

not exactly sure what you mean...but when i had an ultrasound done my doctor said i was having a boy and she was wrong. no big deal though!
