Kind of. People told me all my life I'm good looking, but if I feel that way or not depends on what kind of day I'm having. I don't think I'm a raving beauty actually, just cute and short and sort of exotic looking. Not exactly a Barbie type! Yes I think it affects how people treat me some of the time. For example, sometimes I hear really, really cheesy pick up lines from strange men when I'm walking down the street. If I'm with a group of people that's mostly couples, I feel I get frozen out because women think I'm going to steal their husbands or something. As if.

I think the way you percieve yourself physically can effect the way people treat you. Because you can have alot more self-esteem if you are happy with the way you look, which would then portray on others as you being someone who is confident and outgoing. Then people would treat you better.
If you were not satisfied with your appearance, you may not have the "can do" attitude one would have compared to someone that holds their chin up and says "look at me world, and like what you see".
Do I think of myself as pretty, I'm freakin gorgeous.

It depends on the day.
Sometimes i look in the mirror and i'm like "holy crap, what the hell is that?"
And other times, i'm like "damn, you're looking good".

It all depends.

It really helps me around people when i feel physically attractive. I tend to be more confident and outgoing. People respond with the same kind of respect.

I've noticed that when i feel like crap and am just not looking my best, the world seems to treat me like crap. And when i feel great, the world treats me great.
It's all relative i suppose.

Yeah I do. I think if you carry yourself with inner confidence, people cannot help but treat you the way you want to be treated based upon your looks.

When I look in the mirror I get happy.

Because I don't really see myself I see my parents looking back at me.

And that makes me happy.

Because they are far away.

As for being attractive, I don't know. The mirror distorts peoples perception of reality and so does ones mind.

People rarely see what they are in the mirror. They see what they think they are.

Yes and yes. Sadly, people are more receptive to nicer looking people than homely people.
