my vehicle is not blowing hot air went heat is on but yet not overheating. Could this be a heater core or a blown head?

Check both the hoses at the heater core and see if their both hot ... blockage in the core, temp door not moving, .... it's a guessing game without looking at it.

probably a stuck valve that controls fluid flow to the heater core
