I see people posting little hearts around Facebook and want to know how to do it!! I found a website that lets you copy and paste, but that's not what I'm looking for. When I press "ALT+3" the computer just beeps at me and doesn't make a symbol. Any help??

You use " & hearts ; "
Remove the spaces and quotation marks.

make sure num locks is on, you have to hold down the Alt while you type 3 on the right hand keypad then let go Alt

all together no spaces
