The best way you can attempt to conceive a girl is to have sex close enough to ovulation to get pregnant, but not too close. You see, male sperm are smaller and quicker and can get to the egg faster. However, if you have sex a couple of days before you ovulate, the heartier, bigger female sperm will probably be all that is left in your body.

I'm not sure if you know for sure when you ovulate. You could chart your temperature, cervical mucous, or use predictor kits.

Supposedly having sex every other day for a week and then stopping 1-2 days before ovulation will help. Boy sperm are fast and dont last long so they will die off, girl sperm are stronger they last longer. However it is all about timing. Also if your hubby pulls out a little and doesnt *** in you real deep helps too. But these are just things I have heard I have no idea if they work. Good Luck!

you can have you eggs separated if you really want a baby girl, other than that I've never heard of anything you can do (that will really work) that will guarantee a baby girl. My mother in law keep trying for a baby girl and ended up with 5 boys GOOD LUCK!

I don't know exactly how it's supposed to work, but I've heard that the time during your cycle that you have sex can influence the sex of the baby. It apparently has to do with the life-span of female-making sperm vs male making. Might be worth looking into, as it is scientific rather than 'an old-wives tale'. :-) Good luck!

Do an ovulation chart and have sex everyday from the end of your period to about 3 days before ovulation.

Also, use the missionary position and deposit the "package" at the "entryway" instead of near the cervix.

There is a way to have a girl, but it is very spendy. You can go to the doctors and they can fertilize your egg with female sperm, but it is like $2000 per time, and there is no guarantee that they will be able get you pregnant.
