I admit i do this..but i wanted to see what other ladies thought about this. When i sit or even stand, i like to play with my shoes ...its like i cant keep them on sometimes...not only with shoes that hurt, like pumps, but even with sandles or comfortable shoes...i just play away...Any other ladies do this? and know why? My friend told me that her husband recently told her that he read a study that 75% of women do this...is this true?

LOL as i was reading that i realized i was playing with my shoes. I never realized it, but i guess it's true!

I know that I do!! I haven't read any studies, or even paid any attention to other women, but I play with my shoes all the time. They are relatively comfortable shoes, too. Just thought I'd let you know, there are more out there!

I have noticed that lots of women play with their feet and sort of fiddle up and down. I used to have this problem until winter came and I couldn't wear flip flops or sandals without freezing feet. Maybe for the winter you could wear like tennis shoes that lace up unless that would be unprofessional?
I suggest wearing a ring and twiddle that around. It's much less noticeable.

I admit that I do this too.. all the time. I think its kind of like a nervous habit. If you're anxious or bored, it's something you just do without realizing it. Like biting your nails or twisting your hair.

I dont think i do, but alot of my friends say i always shake my foot and it moves the whole table lmao.. does that consider playing with my feet?

It probobly is! I know that every once in a while I play with them too! I only push them around with my my feet though!
