When I run, my ears start to get blocked, and I can't hear anything besides my own breathing. I need for them to "pop." Is there anything I can do?

Yep, I have the same problem, but it only happens when i'm running long distance, not during soccer or short distance and sprints. I'm not sure why this is, but I also have low blood pressure, so I know it's not from having high blood pressure. The best thing I can come up with is possibly congestion, allergies, or asthma. Don't know for sure, so I'll keep chicking back to see what awnsers you get. Good luck!

I have this problem as well. Only when running though. It doesn't happen during cycling or skating, just running.

My bloodpressure is fine. I also stopped running.

I'm not telling you not to see the doctor as others have suggested - just a little commiseration.

Get your blood pressure checked and your heart. One of the symptoms of high blood pressure is hearing your breathing and/or heartbeat in your ears.
