Why do so few people read the question's details?

some people just have it in them to be the first to answer a question. others, majority of people, toooooooooooo lazy.

Maybe because they are in a hurry to answer as many questions as they can quickly for the points which is actually pointless!!

I like carry out Chinese food, but I prefer delivery...I'm lazy. And I like cats. Lower maintenance.

As far as why people rarely read details? Most Americans...hell, most people....are just plain lazy. They don't want to go the extra mile. That's why our "society" is going down the tubes. Nobody wants to take initiative, or take on the responsibility that it entails.

To answer your question, I believe people don't read the details because they're more interested in obtaining points than actually helping somebody. Plain & Simple.
