have a friend come in, wearing the hairnet and an apron, sporks(I assume they're some kind of snack) in one hand, cheese in the other. Have them dip handfuls of sporks into the cheese (with their bare hands) and place it on a napkin on each person's desk as they ask for a quarter as payment. When someone says no thanks, have them whip out an "order form" saying they ordered it. Try and wait it out as long as you can before telling them.

if u work in a light-hearted atmosphere you could scramble everyone's chairs around to each other's places and watch the confusion on their faces when they sit down--if the chairs are different heights, etc.
or you could just send everyone a funny screensaver

Borrow a co-worker's favorite pen. Go into the Ladies Room and stick it up your a**. Pull it back out and then go hand it to them. When they scream "WTF! This smells like sh*t." say in your best deadpan "Oh, probably because I stuck it in my a**." Gets 'em every time.
PS - where do you work that you have an endless supply of nacho cheese, sporks, and hairnets?
