I have homecoming on September 15th 2006 I have nothing in my closet that I would be comfortable wearing. Where would be the best place to shop for a pretty dress that wouldnt cost a foutune?(less than 30 dollars). This is my 9th grade formal and I really want to look good. I wear about a 7/8 size dress.

I would check out Deb.. most of there stuff is pretty cheap annd really cute! They have a site you can order off of or find a store... its debshops.com

Sorry, I just had to say that. But Rue 21 has some cute cheap dresses, and so does Deb. Some of them are pretty cute, and not bad for their price. Charlottle Russe also has some really nice dresses. Good luck!

Try Ross or Marshalls for decent looking dresses for $30, good luck finding sizes for the ones you like though, there are usually one of a kind (in the store)

Windsor sometimes has great deals...if not...then places like charlotte russe usually has cute dresses for cheap. Good Luck

I found a beautiful dress on Ebay for my daughter last year. Paid like $10 for it. Look there.
