I don't think so.....until this crazy person came forward I don't think they had a clue. The police dept. bungled this from the beginning and now they're trying to do anything to make them look better.

I have my doubts the Karr guy did it. From what I've read the only possible people it could be is the parents, one of which died not to long ago.

I really think that the recent spark of interest due to that bogus guy who claimed he killed her will start the investigation process back up again....I hope it does.
