Are you or a man you know able to freely and openly discuss your feelings in an honest fashion? Do you try to be straight forward? Or, are you jealous, insecure and unable to discuss your feelings/worries like most men I know? Preferring to manipulate, lie and judge? Enlighten me before I give up on the male race....

my husband is very honest, strightforward person. he doesn't have a hidden agenda at all. but he is avery very very rare kind. i had been dating a lot before i met him, so i agree with u - mostly men re manipulative and lying freaks. but if u search long enough u will find the decent one im sure. just prepare yourself to dig through loads and loads of s'h'i't'. just don't give up. there re decent men, they re rare, but they excist. good luck

Men are taught by society that sharing their feelings is emasculating. However, a real Man has a good balance of emotions and can calmly and rationally share them without getting overly-emotional. Some Men have trouble with it, just as some Women have trouble overcoming their emotions.
I think too many times women expect Men to be like Women. Men don't usually enjoy sitting around talking about their feelings. That's what makes Men - God Bless 'em - Men. You just have to accept that.

as a man I have to ad that sometimes it's hard to have a completely open discussion where we share exactly what we think and feel because we are afraid of how we will be judged by the woman we are speaking to. for example if we are afraid that saying something may cause an angered response and we are feeling insecure in the relationship, then we will do anything not to bring those discussions to the table because we dont want to say something that may cause us a loss of that which means so much to us.

men and women are different. there are men out there that have integrity, but first you have to have some yourself. if you dont respect yourself no one else will. and that goes for honesty sharing feelings etc. although i think many men are missing the emotion chip, LOL, all they need is a good guide.

I love them both!
