(If the room was every bit as calm and relaxing as a treatment room in a spa, just £30 instead of £85) though i understand this may be designed more for the pregnant lady who needs weekly massage rather than a one off treat.

Sorry - i meant to say that it would be a licenced therapist, trained specifically in prenatal massage

As long it was a reputable, established business and someone knew where I was going to be. I don't see why not. If I was especially paranoid, I'd take a friend with me.

If the place has a decent reputation then yes i would go. You could also try a licensed massage therapist who specializes in pregnancy aches and pains. That way you are getting a relaxing massage yes, but you are also getting the circulation going throughout your whole body, which is known to slow down during pregnancy. Good Luck to you!
(by the way i did have prenatal massage and it was the most helpful thing i have ever had)

why not!? just make sure they know youre pregnant there are certain pressure points that cannot be messed with during a massage but im quite sure that all massage therapists know basically what can and can't be done for a pregnant lady you should probably ask if they can give a pregnant lady a massage and tell them how far along you are if they can't give you a massage they will tell you they don't specialize in them
