Absolutely!
If you are attractive, people will treat you better and give you advantages.
That cannot help but affect how you react to the world, and how you will be perceived for that reason.

It does shape our personalities, but it is a surface perception. The root is other people who percieve a person as attractive and show difference to that person because of it. There was an episode of "the Twilight Zone" that enlightens on that issue. Beauty was the extreme opposite of our perceptions it was the pretty one who was ugly.

Unfortunately, it does. Rejection shapes behavior profoundly. But, remember this culture worships 'false-idols'.

Not everyone is that shallow. Some people can sense that there is more or less to what they can see.
