Wearing powder underneath helps if you aren't already. Estee lauder and Lancome have some cool blushes and they don't rub off on me...try it.

Layer your blusher. Use a primer before applying make up, then your cream blush, then normal face powder, then a matching or highlighting powder shadw of top. If you put powder to set the cream it will last all day.

Rub a little concealer on your cheeks before you put your blush on, it'll give your blush something to stick to.

do you wear any base creme?
if no - you should. it will make it last longer, and will protect your skin as well.
