Probably...keep in mind this is a guy who "won" an election with 51% of the vote and proclaimed a mandate for change. Can you imagine what he would be doing in 2/3 of the country didn't voice their opinion that he was leading us in the wrong direction? Thank you low rating and thank you upcoming mid-term elections (and all the Repubs. who are distancing themselves from Bush to save their own asses).

I don't think he gives a rat's behind about his approval rating... if we had more troups available, yes, we would. But he's run out of troups to play war with so he can't play war with Iran and Korea the way he wants to. Poor little W.

I have to agree with rlrose, that bully never let opinions alter a thing. But he is not running the country, Rove/Cheney is our leadership.
