I have been speaking with a tour company but their policy is that you have to pay the full payment of the trip up front. They do not charge deposits and hold your reservation and then let you pay the total remaining amount later. This causes a problem because our group is doing fundraisers and we do not have the money right now. What companies do you reccomend for us to use? We are planning our trip in May of 2007. THank you

i went on a tour with my friend last year.. and it was GREAT ! we went in March. i researched and called maybe 15 different tours .. to get exactly what i wanted.. and for a decent cost. Which.. Most were veryyyy expensive.. but then i found one called Brazilian Wave Tours. so u've just have to do alot of research.. which is ALOT OF WORK.. and hectic.. but worth it at the end..

well with brazilian wave tours it was a .. it was a 12 day tour.. Rio, Salvador, and the Iguacu. it was about 8 flights !..very crazy.. it came to around $1,800 .. This included:

- 2 extemly nice hotels and 1 hotel that was .. ok.. lol
-breakfast every day.
-Salvador city tour
-Salvador capoeira show
- Rio city tour
- Rio beach tour
- Rio island tour + a lunch
- Igucau Falls tour .. Brazilian side and Argentin side.

so we had to pay extra out of our pockets for dinners.. and whatever lunchs were not included.. we didn't have alot to spend .. so we didn't go all out and go scuba diving ..or parasailing... etc .. but we were very pleased with what we got for as low as we paid. all and all it came to a lil over $2,000 each with passport and visa.. food.. just to give you a general idea of what it should cost.. so you dont pay $5,000 or anything!

when i booked it.. i think i had to pay for half of it .. maybe a lil more .. which was 3 or 4 months in advance.. then 1 month before.. i had to pay the rest.

whatever legth of time you decide to stay on your trip... make sure you add an extra 2 days. they count flying there and flying back as part of the tour.

Boa Sorte !

per chance he's there talking to the bikini wax company vendors seeing if any of their workers might want to like a eco-friendly card to the states? because that at the same time as do adult adult males take their households on "company" journeys?
