There are hundreds of colleges and universities in the US that offer scholarships to proficient instrumentalists. Often, these scholarships require that the student PERFORM in marching band, jazz ensemble, or another musical group, but they usually do not demand that the student major in music.

If you specify your musical expertise (brass, woodwind, etc.) and interests (marching band, orchestra, string quartet, etc.), I (and others) might be able to help you more.
