8. Religion and Government are Intertwined - Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed
to the government's policies or actions.

I admire the effectiveness of your screen name and tactics on here. Your questions get people thinking, and those who have seen the movie you mimic go into your questions prepared for anti government ranting and raving. I will be watching your questions, which are far better than your answers.

Now as to your question:

Unfortunately the impeachment process takes longer than Dubya is in office for. Another thing that sucks is that when you start trying to get people to digest to any alternative media, you become perceived as some sort of crack-pot (or liberal)...I've been on here for a long time now trying to spread knowledge of this website I've found ( http://www.skolnicksreport.com )that has more than convinced me of the validity of it's sources of info and skills in research of both laws and history. The set and setting of the movie you're impersonating went hand in hand with the lifes works of this man. If things in this country get much worse, it's good to at least know that the public is still pretty well armed to the teeth.

This is one of my top pet peeves. I've been constantly seeing people here saying that this is a Christian nation and there is no separation of church and state in the Constitution. They're as hopelessly misguided as the neonazis who say the Holocaust never happened. This country was founded on freedom, and freedom of religion was first and foremost in the founders' minds. That's why it was the first sentence in the First Amendment. Freedom of religion and separation of church and state are one and the same thing. You can't have one without the other.

Do you know who made the following statement in one of his speeches?
"We pray to God that He may lead our soldiers on the path and bless them as hitherto."
It was Adolf Hitler, but doesn't it sound like something Bush would say if he were more literate and eloquent? Any notion of passing laws, amending the Constitution, or making policy decisions based solely on religious views will inevitably lead to religious persecution and worse. Even if the USA were 100% Christian (and of course it isn't) it would be wrong to allow the religious views of one church or one leader to become law. All of the other denominations would lose the right to worship as they choose, which is the right the First Amendment was written to protect.

Furthermore, using religion in politics is a potent weapon for fascist dictators and would-be dictators. A party claiming to have God on its side can claim that anyone opposed to its bills, amendments, and proposals is "godless", "anti-Christian", etc. This tactic can be used to pass all sorts of unconstitutional laws, grab more power, and basically bypass the Constitution and democracy. If you've been following the news, you should be aware that this has been happening with alarming regularity. This is what we must all prevent, and I fervently hope that enough people have gotten the message and will vote for freedom this November.

we have a Fascist team in the white house now,, who don't listen to the military Generals in Iraq, where the US is bogged down in a civil war,, the walls on the borders of Iran and Afghanistan are down, Bush was surprised that Iraqi Shea's would rise up against the Sunni Government elected by the democracy he put in place there,,, but he will stay the course until the mission is accomplished,,, trouble is, it's not clear what that is......what's Donald Rumsfeld plan,,, or Cheney's or George W Bush, his plan is to ,,,,,, stop evil,,,,, the terrorism of 9-11 was not connected to Iraq,, were not fighting them over there,,, were in the middle of a civil war created by the Bush invasion,,,,
