Dressing up? like as in a dress or dress pants?
no way! But don't look like a bum either! Look as good as you can in a t shirt and a pair of jeans!

Just think, in 20 years, it won't matter what jeans you wore, but what education you get and how you use it.
I tend to dress up a bit for school. I like to look nice when being around people, not being frumpy dumpy.

Respect yourself, respect others around you. Respect the school environment. Dress decent. Doesn't mean to overdo it .You're not going to a Ball. Jut dress nice and clean cut. You'll feel good about yourself and your fellow students will notice.

Dress so that you are comfortable, clean and 'desent' (as you say). That way you can concentrate on your classes.

You should always dress decent for school. Don't dress in rags, ripped jeans, or short shirts if that's what you mean. Make a good impression on your teachers.

Dress how you like. . .it doesn not have to be "dress to impress" everyday. But I don't think you should go to school the way you woke up, at least tidy up a bit

Just dress however you want. Don't overdo your style, like my sister does.
