they do make sleeping bras... they are not as restrictive as a sports bra but help keep the puppies in place

Not me! I hate sleeping in my bra. If I knew they wouldn't eventually get saggy and hurt, I wouldn't wear one ever.

your body needs breathing room and it is good to "release the hounds". It is also good not to wear underwear either.
