It depends on ur outlook towards life:

Some people live their life in a dream world, where they only see what they want to and it is always sunny, they ignore the negatives.

Your life in the past is a memory, therefore part of ur life is memorie

we'll never know...like sometimes, i'd be in a dream, and at the time, i'd feel it was so real...and sometimes, after i wake up, etc., i'll remember something, and won't remember if that was a dream i had or if had really happened...and sometimes, i'd be completely awake, and all of a sudden, in the middle of a crowd or somehting, feel that i was in a dream.
its kinda weird, but the line between dream and reality is a thing one,....and the human mind, is a complex and powerful thing, and scientist still don't know everything about it.

p.s....theres a religion that believes that this life is a dream
p.s.s...in Islam (i think?...i might be wrong, but its one of the religions that orginiated on the eastern side of the world) the world is created from the dream of a god. and when that god wakes up, the world ends. he lives for a day, and then when he goes back to sleep, the world starts ALL over again...
its actually really interesting!

I have wondered about that. This life could be a dream, and the dreams could be what is real. The only problem is that dreams sometimes make no sense , but who is to say what is sense. You have asked a good question, I hope you get some good answers, but there are a lot of dick-heads out there.

Sometimes I think when I get into bed that that is real and all the daytime stuff is just made up because when youre lying in bed, thats what seems more real than anything else.

Decart's answer still satisfies me. Life is real. We would have to actually exist before we could doubt our existence. And while it might be theoretically possible that this is all a dream, I see no reason to believe that it's more probable.

to say that life is adream and believe it to be true can be dangerous, there are others in this world besides yourself. if life is a dream then you could do anything you wanted with no consequences. the people i love are real.

Dreams, reality, memories and many other things make up our lives, these things are all one and cannot be separated.

Philosophise about this as much as you like but it won't get you anywhere and at the end of the day it's our reality and you just have to live it
