GET TO THE DOCTOR AND HAVE YOUR THYROID CHECKED LIKE FAST. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU HAVE AN UNDER ACTIVE THYROID

Don't worry about losing weight. Eat healthy and it will come off. Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some lean protein, some no fat/low fat dairy and 6 glasses of water per day. Exercise a little if you can. If you can't just stretch your muscles until you are well enough to exercise. Hair loss could be due to stress, illness or medication. Check with your doctor.

These are they exact symptoms of a low functioning thyroid. I bet you get muscle cramps, too. Have the doctor do a blood test for you thyroid levels, I bet they're low, and then see if he can give you a medication to help or if you need to see an endocrinologist. Once you start on the medication, this should clear up and you'll be yourself again.

1. See your doctor with your concerns.
2. Start a multivitamin
3. Eat smaller meals more frequently.
4. do not eat after 7pm when your metabolism slows down.
5. exercise more.
6. write down everything you eat in three days come back on here and list it, we will figure out which foods you are eating are not healthy.

i think you probaly ARE losing weight.how often do you weigh yourself?i used to weight myself all the time everyday.but now i only weight myself once a week because your weight changes ALOT during the day,and during the week.im trying to lose weight too and after i lost a lot i was always really tired. and i lost a lot of hair.i mean i would just run my fingers through my hair and chunks would come out.i asked my doctor about it and she said its because my hair wasnt getting the nutrition it needed and my body wasnt getting enough energy...good luck<3

have your thyroid and adrenal glands checked ASAP!!! if thats not it have your blood sugar checked.

also... what medications are you taking??? these are common side effects to many birth control meds and some anti anxiety meds.

either way see your doc soon

GET TO A DOCTOR there is SOMETHING WRONG> i cant even hazard to guess what it is, and no one else should either. from your question it might be serious. PLZ get to your doctor and talk to them. let them know when you set up your appoint ment what exactly is going on
