what is the best fasting program ? im drinking plenty of water and still havnt lost any waight i drink over the amount that supose too.

water is heavy, thats why you have not lost weight.

Fasting is the worst idea ever. You are going to die if you don't start eating. Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some lean protein, some no fat dairy, 6 to 8 glasses of water and a half hour of exercise every day. You'll lose weight, be able to keep it off and still have your health.

Fasting just to lose weight is dangerous- your body needs all the nutrients you're depriving yourself of. Fasting as a matter of faith and religion is a whole other story, but if you think you need to lose weight, talk to your doctor. It's dangerous to diet, even, unless your doctor tell you to.
