They can help but you its up to the couple to be receptive to the experience. You have to both want to do it. Which is hard because chances are if your a strong enough couple to descide to go to classes your a strong enough couple to work it out. It all comes done to how comfortable you guys are in relating to each other about who you are which can be a hard deal if neither of you know yourselves that well.
