Its the best decision you can make

I dont think so at all, in fact thats what I am planning on doing. But don't let what other people say get to you, I told my best friends I wanted to wait until I was married to have sex and she looked at me like I was crazy and said 'Are you serious? That means you only get to have sex with one guy. And how can you wait that long.' Saying that made her sound like a sl*t and like she had no self control. But if that is what you want to do then you should wait. Waiting for marriage makes things a little easier too, you know you both love eachother, are mature enough, and know eachother well enough. If its the right thing for you to do, then wait.

Well, I think that is a personal decision and no one should judge you for it. That being said, there are some benefits of not waiting, which are that you understand your own sexuality by experimenting and you find out what you like and don't like regarding sex. Also, how will you know if your partner is a dud when it comes to the bedroom, if you don't have anything to base your opinion on? It's a chance you can take, but I think that your sex life in marriage is pretty important and if you have a bad one, it can really take its toll. Of course, there are some benefits of waiting too and they are that you won't get pregnant or catch any std's. (most likely) and you have a special gift to offer your husband on your wedding night that he is bound to appreciate and love you even more for. Like I said, it is a personal decision.

Im 33 years old and I lost my virginity when I was 15 peer pressure is bad, I had diffrent partners over the years but do you know what I learned? 4 years ago I met the man of my dreams and Im so in love with him and we will be getting married. I look back at things and wished I would have saved myself for this man, I would have loved for him to have been my one and only. Plus when you wait for that one special person the intamicy is amazing because ther emotions and feelings that are involved, alot of young people have sex because it feels good but as you get older it becomes more then physical its also emotional which makes it such an amazing experience!!!

No, it is not weird to wait for marriage before you have sex. My husband and I have been married for 29 years. We waited until our wedding night to have sex and we have never had sex with another person and we LIKE it that way. There is something special about sharing a bond like that with the one person who matters most in the world to you.

I have only respect 4 those who do resist the temptation and wait 4 the 1 who they're supposed 2 marry.

No it is not. That is what is meant to be. Just think about it. The night of your wedding you do it and your husband finds out you are a virgin, he would love you more for that and trust you more for being able to wait that long. Unfortunately, many people dont see it like that. What do you think? You know it is very hard to find virgin nowadays.

personally, I think its a little strange. Im not saying that it isnt best to wait, but its a little strange that you waited that long just to do it with one person... its only weird cuz most people dont. waiting for marraige is good, just so long as you know it will last and you arent gonna get divorced in 5 years...

No. Remember you only lose your virginity once. No matter how old you are stick to your beliefs. I had a friend that was a virgin until they were married at 31.

Some people may think that it is silly or will tease you. Don't ever let anyone pressure you to go against what you believe in.

NO NOT REALLY, BUT MAYBE IN TODAYS SOCIETY IT IS. WHEN I WAS A YOUNG WOMAN ALOT OF GIRLS WAITED TILL MARRIAGE TO HAVE SEX. SOME DIDN'T BUT BIRTH CONTROL WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT AND HARD TO GET SO THE PROSPECT OF GETTING PREGNANT WAS PRETTY SCARY.

I think it's a great decision. Mature, shows self control and conviction. What an awesome gift you could give to your spouse. I believe that many people who didn't wait secretley wish they had.
