Satisfaction

Satisfaction is a great answer. It is quite the opposite feeling. If you feel guilt in doing something, the opposite feeling would be a utter satisfaction with what you have done. Not a bit of regret, a pride in what you did.

Guilt is primarily an emotion experienced by people who believe they have done something wrong. From a legal perspective it can also refer to the condition of having done something legally wrong, regardless of how one feels about it.

So from this definition, I would say the opposite of guilt is innocent. Simply said that you have not done no wrong doing or pure of mind.
