but how do u cope with people like leg pullers; who are more interested in restraining in other peoples effort rather than doing something useful for others

You just tell them that you know their game and tell them what you think of it. Treat them with the contempt that they deserve and find out what their insecurity is behind it

"being German your sense of humour is not exactly like ours and anyway don't take the "leg pullers" serious its all a bit of fun, but if a person needs advice it seems to me a lot of genuine people reply in a civilised manner

Having had plenty of this type of abuse , I have learned to keep my cards very , very close to my chest , tell no one what you are intending or planning , - Just get on with it ,and when you do achieve what you are seeking too , just keep things to yourself as much as possible -- trust no one
