No. Acne typically caused by congested pores which get infected. Popping a zit does not make it erupt in other places, like weeds. ONly less than clean skin or a high-fat diet cause pimples (not including some extreme cases where it's hormones, or a simple allergy or something more serious).
Actually, touching ANY part of your face whether it has acne or not, can cause acne. Our hands are by far the filthiest parts of our bodies (at least above the waist) and touching you face or other sensitive areas can cause pimples to start.
Just using a washcloth to really scrub your skin clean will lessen acne and prevent new pimples from appearing.

No, squeezing and touching acne doesn't cause it to spread, but will lead to scarring and could lead to an infection.
If you are getting more than a couple pimples, you may have acne that needs to be treated. Sometimes acne doesn't go away on its own and after a while, you might even begin to feel self-conscious about the way you look. I'm sort of being presumptuous by assuming it bothers you. If I am correct, know that there is an array of effective medications available through your family doctor and through dermatologists that work much better and quicker and longer than what is available at the pharmacy.
No one should walk around feeling like they have to hide their skin. Acne is just like any other type of medical condition in a way. Skin is an organ (it's true) and sometimes organs need help being healthy. Hope you get something that works :-).

Not unless you scratch your shoulders and back without washing those germs off your fingers.
Sometimes, the acne can spread if you wear sweaters or shirts that have acne germs on them. Although acne is caused by many things.... hormones, stress, etc..... it can be spread by germs. So keep your hands and clothing very very clean, to avoid making it worse.
Squeezing acne WILL give you terrible scars, though... which you will still have when you are 40 years old... long after most of your acne has gone away.
Use a clean washcloth with soap on it, and scrub the acne gently to break open any that are coming to a white head. Best not to squeeze and pick at it.

Niacinamide face cleansing pads are effective and simple way to keep acne away. Just place a pad on the pimple and watch it fade away. Lavender Oil helps prevent skin drying. Niacinamide pads are also known as Vitamin B3 pads or Nicotinamide pads. Works on body acne too. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. Niacinamide also helps diminish skin-hyperpigmentation (acne scars).

The best thing to get rid of acne is to get a tan at a tanning booth.
No Joke. The light helps kill the problem and you also get darker the acne shows up less so you don't think about it.
It works and much cheaper if you buy an unlimited tanning plan.

If when you squeeze stuff comes out, yes! If the wall of the follicle breaks down the inflammation can be spread to other parts of the skin causing more pimples and zits.

It doesn't make acne spread, no, but it can cause infections and scaring if you squeeze it. "popping" pimples isn't recommended because it can allow bacteria in, which can cause an infection, and breaking it before it does on it's own can cause scaring.
