I once read that when your 5 ft you should be 100 pounds and then you just add on 5 pounds for every inch you grow. I think this is an average though because people weights can vary. You seem perfect to me though!

i might desire to confirm a photograph, even though it would not sound like your fat or tubs in any respect! and additionally, i become 5'eleven and weighed 167 pounds whilst i become 13 (Im a guy) and your taller than your associates at 5'7? How previous are you?

well my friend is 5'7 and 135 lbs but she thinks she's heavy and is a little bit but i wouldnt loose more than 10 lbs
im 5'8 and 110 but i have been told im extremlly thin

You can't go by any of that crap today. I'm 5'6 and weigh 168 lbs but I dont look it. People guess I weigh about 140 lbs at the most so I go by how I feel and i'm happy with it.

Female - It sounds good

Male - depends upon your frame...but isn't more then 10 lbs off what I would think a healthy weight would be.

yes. you are at an average healthy weight! (not under or overweight)...if you do want to loose weight, i would say no more than 5 pounds. You gotta have SOME curves ya know.....lol

ya,my sister is 5'7 and she waighs that much well she waighs125 but almost the same.
