My next store neighbor hangs her clothes up on her clothesline on the side of her house, but one of the other neighbors says that she can call the cops because you can see her underwear hanging up.

NOpe, I live in PA and it is perfectly legal. ALthough if it bothers your neighbor then she should buy the person hangin the clothes out a dryer and pay her additional electric bill. If she can;t do that then she should be more sensitive.

Your neighbor is nuts. While she calls the cops complaining about someones unmentionables hanging on the clothesline, they could be out helping solve crimes. Your neighbor needs to get a life.

I live in Pennsylvania. No law here against hanging laundry outside. That's silly
