This question is asked near every day.
Ok in the back of some newer or mulitmeida towers (actual desktop computer) there are 3 ports the same as featured on teh back of a normal tv.
Also next to them (or somewhere close) is a larger round port. Thi port is also featured in TV's this alows a normal areial to TV cablle to be attached to your computer.
If you have this port it is likely that you also have the softwear to tune in to tv stations. so somply plug the cabel into teh wall port conect to the tower. open toyr tv player tune in and watch.
Digital tv is compleatly diverent. If you live in an area with digital tv simply buy a reciver you can buy thses at your local tech shop. (costs aroud 160-200 $au) teh guys and girls at the shop where you brought if from will be more than happy to install it for you.
Gd
hope it helped...

Get a vga to composite or s-video converter on ebay for $6 and plug in a yellow composite or s-video (or even component) cable into the tv. If you have an new lcd or plasma just run the vga or dvi cable in. You may have to adjust the picture a bit.

If it is new most of them will have a cable fitting in the back... if not go to BEST BUY and tell them what comuter you have and get a VIDEO card that has TV Cable input and install it in your computer... I also think there is a connection box that will let you plug into the box with your TV and then plug the box into you USB port... also found at BEST BUY.
