If so it is probably too late to do anything because suspension is around the corner.

Weren't you asking for volunteer to push you off a building earlier Ku? I don't think you'll be in a fit state to 'do' anyone in.
Unless you take the person who pushed you with you when you fall and then land on them.

I don't know, it depends on what they're pushing does it not. For instance you could, quite feasibly, be referring to a pram; this would not normally be considered offensive but....it may be on ahill with the brake off or it could be getting pushed into you repetitively.
