how do i convert MPEG4 to MP3??????????????

roxio toast
mpeg 4 is video file and mp3 is audio
so u need option which can capture audio from video
toast has option media import
press audio
then stereo mix as input option
now play mpeg4 file and same time press record in roxio toast
u will get music in mmy music

If you have i tunes try right clicking the track and select "convert selection to mp3"
