Probably ther Yankees.
the Sox had their spirits crushed this week, losing 5 games to the Yankees, in their own house, in 4 days.
the Mets have pitching problems. Pedro is hurt, Glavine just discovered he has a blood clot in his throwing shoulder and is likely about to retire. The Mets may go into the playoffs with Steve Trachsel being their best starter.
They Yankees don't have to deal with injuries. when someone gets hurt, they just throw $10 million at someone and they have their replacement. Just ask Gary Sheffield and Bobby Abreu.
That's why the Yankees make me sick. Because they spend spend spend, they do not have to face the problems that all other teams face. Due to their outrageous payroll, a Yankee World Series, ironically, is a cheap victory.
