I've used BeautiControl several years, but recently a coworker has started selling Mary Kay and of course is trying to convert the office. Has anyone used these? How do they compare? BTW, my skin tends to be dry.

well just to satisfy your coworker ...and yourself! Just ask for a sample, try it...you will see how it works for you and if you like it purchase Mary Kay products and if you don't like it...well tell her it's not working for you and that you will stick with your previous products. Thank her for letting you try out the products and that's it!

I haven't really used skin care products from MaryKay, only tried make up products. Didn't like them.
However, BeautiControl is amazing. Really no words to describe their products. You would have to try them yourself to feel the difference. These products are natural no chemicals invlove. That's what I love about them and actually enrolled as an Independent Consultant. I love the companies customer serivce, always there to help. Even my director is there. Your director can help you with questions, feedback, selling tips, marketing tips, and etc... The company has an awesome website for your to keep you personal profile. They are very clear on what each product does and helps in.
Your first 3 months as an independent consultant you get 55% discount plus any other discounts they may have will be added to your checkout order. WOW !! That's just a great deal. My personal opinion. You can even start your own iventory and start selling right away.

My Mom sells Mary Kay, and has for about 12 years. It is EXCELLENT! The make up is all natural and perfect for any skin type. I have used the skin care stuff for the past 4 years (Velocity) and it has made my skin really soft and acne free. My Mom has used Mary Kay for about 15 years and her skin is SOOOO soft! OMG! Its like a silk blanket its so soft lolz =) Try it! <3

This is going to be different for everyone. Try some samples and see which you prefer. Its all about you, not what works for everyone else. That is why we are all different. Sampling the products wont hurt though.
