The Nazis were obsessed with Aryan supremacy, so they would put acid in people's eyes to see if it would turn the eyes blue. That's just one example. If you want more information, I'd recommend Wikipedia ( http://www.wikipedia.com ).

Watch the movie "Schindler's List" or read "Night" by Eli Wiesel to get a good appreciation for what the concentration camps were about.
Dr. Josef Mengele was known for his experiments on Jewish twins. He would use one as the "control" and do experiments on the other. He would transplant organs from one twin to the other and is reported to have attempted transplanting entire heads. For Mengele Jews rated below lab rats.

Mostly the Nazis doctors practiced new medical treatments
particularly with regards to infection. They would deliberately injure a captive and then infect the wound, to observe the results.
Also many experiments were performed on identical twins the object being to pioneer transplant surgery.
They were trying to create a supply of organs for the third Reich, using their captives as a supply of replacement body parts.
Twins being genetically the same reduced the chance of rejection.

You can't even begin to scratch the surface of what happened at the concentration camps in this forum. For a brief, but fairly thorough explanation, check out the Wikipedia entries for both Nazi Medical Experiments and the Holocaust. Links to both are below.

both Japanease and German doctors performed a number of grisley experiments on captive human guinea pigs during the WWll period. Koreans were the favorite of the Japs who referred to the korean's as "logs".
The best way for the North Korean's to avenge the things the japs did would be tonuke the japs again.
most operations were performed without any painkillers.
The patient would have his tongue cut out so he couldn't scream during the slicing and dicing.
The really bad part of the experiments was the US let these murderers off with a slap instead of execution so the US scientiests could have access to the notes and views of the jap and german doctors.

victims were raped and molested.
they would preform surgery on them to find out about their reproductive systems, experiment on the chosen girls, performing sterilization and shock treatments.
Feed one twin well and the other twin starve to see the differance. They also studied a disease called Noma, that particularly affected children from the gypsy camp. While the cause of Noma remains not entirely known, it is a disease that affects chiefly children suffering from malnutrition and a weak immune system, and many who develop the disease had another illness like measles or tuberculosis shortly before. He tried to prove that it was caused by their "racial inferiority".
Other forms of torture were including attempts to change eye color by injecting chemicals into children's eyes, various amputations of limbs and other brutal surgeries, and in at least one case, attempts to create artificially conjoined twins by sewing two young children together back-to-back, also joining the veins at their wrists.

I remember reading about how they tested the effects of pilots being shot down over the North Sea, inmates were immersed in freezing waters for long periods to observe the time it took them to die. Other experiments subjected them to infections to test the effectiveness of various drugs....if you died, the test failed. Human experimentation at its most barbaric level.
