Go to dept store they will give free makeup advice to go with your skin tone and eye color. Stores like Kauffmans, Dillards, etc their cosmetics are pricey but you can at least get ideas.

Navy may be a little dark with your pale skin. How about something along the lines of beige to brown? You can try anything along that color palette and see if that gives you affect you want. I think the pink eyeshadow may be brightening your skin but may be a little too pale.

I suggest a smoky lavender look, heres how:
- use dark to medium purple eyeliner (apply a medium line)
- smudge upwards with q-tip
- use a lavender shadow (i suggest metallic) from the lash line to your crease
- finish by lining the bottom lashes with the shadow (be careful while doing this step, its not right on everyone, if you think this step looks bad, only put a little purple eyeshadow on the outer corners of your eye.)

Try white eyeliner: Just apply it to the skin above the bottom lashes; this makes your eyes pop and look bigger! This is also a good tip for when you look and feel tired, just apply it and no one will know you missed those hours of sleep!

Since your skin is very pale. You should try wearing pastel colored eyeshadow. Soft blues, greens, lavender. And pink or rose gloss would love really pretty as well.
