i.e when people say i'm 32 but dont feel any different to when i was 18

Write it down on a piece of paper and caress it! Seriously it's a state of mind; be young at heart, age is only relative and I'm relatively young!

When you're older you FEEL your age in your muscles (those aching muscles don't recover as quickly as when you are young). Also, when you're older you can NOT FEEL your age and this relates to your brain and heart. In your mind you can "feel" much younger than you physically are.
I'm at mid-life and at this point I feel all around right where I am age-wise but don't look my age, I look maybe 10 years younger.

I am 50, but I feel like I did when I was 19.
Occasionally though, something happens to bring home to me that I am no longer 19 and then I feel absolutely lousy.

My age is nothing. What is important is health.
In my head I feel as if I am in my twenties, twenty or thirty.
That was when I felt the most powerful.
My legs now feel 74.

i'm 16 and i feel way different than when i was 12 or 13. i feel a lot better now.

Believe me, you'll start to hit it when you get in the forties and fifties. Your body starts slowing down and sagging. When you get up in the morning stiffness will make you want to weep, etc.. I'm only forty but am starting to feel forty.

When you are older you will know. You'll be really pissed off then that young people think you are of no consequence and do not have any relevance to the world.
