What is an easy way to put in contact lenses?

HELP!!! Just got contacts and have spent over an hour trying to get on in and yet I am still wearing my glasses!! Any suggestions?

Practice. I remember when I first got mine. It took forever for me to get them in. Pretty frustrating. Every day you will get better at it. Nowadays, I put my contacts in with ease.

I use two fingers to help open my eye extra wide, then use a finger on my other hand to put the contact it.
A little advise: until you are used to putting them in, put them in over a sink with the stopper in place to avoid losing a lens.

It will definitely take time for you to start wearing them / putting them in your eye. Make sure your lenses are fully cleaned (like the doctor taught you) and I tend to look to the right (or left) as I'm inserting the contact lens. Do not move your eye right away - just gradually let the contact lens form onto your eye and then slowly move your eye back to its normal position by looking straight ahead. Blink a few times until the contact lens positions itself on your eye. Good luck! I know it is a process - but you'll be a pro before you know it.

With the hand that your going to use to put them in..

use your middle finger to pull down the skin from under your eye, this creates a bigger opening to eye

then with your index finder and with the contact at the edge of that index finger place in the center of your eye

Make sure you are looking in a mirror and focus at the center of your eye..make sure your hands are clean, and the lens should be moist with contact solution

put it in ur eye without looking straight.it might be a little bit anoying at the beginning but then its nice!

put them on your bed face up. get up on the dresser, then dive.
