Export them first and save them to a floppy. To do this on IE go to "File", "Import Export", then simply follow the instructions, save to a floppy. The on your new system simply follow the same procedure but you select "Import", point IE to your floppy, then you're done.

The easiest way to do this (if you are using Windows XP) is to browse to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\\ where username = the name you log in to on the computer, if you don't log into a username usually it's admin or owner (c:\documents and settings\admin\). There is a file in this folder called "Favorites". You can copy this file from it's location to a disk or e-mail it to yourself and save it in your new computer in the same location.

Another way you can copy all/some settings from one computer to another using windows xp is to use the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" found in Start>Programs>Accessories>Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.

If you don't have Windows XP the Favorites file is found in similar places on other operating systems.
