Well, I would say that even an 8 year old can be some what responsible for their actions. I mean when my son does something he knows better than he gets punished. But I guess I would say when they are on their own, making their own money, paying own bills, being an adult, so to speak, so around the age of 18 or 21 around in there. But I know people twice that age who still blame evryone for everything that goes wrong in their life, so I guess some people never learn.

I take full responsibility for asking that question about why women look ugly without make up.
It was really an experiment to see what I could learn from asking out loud a subconcious thought that I would normally not share out of the fear of offending someone.
A thought that I'd conceal, much like how a woman conceals "faults" on her face.
I actually learned that a man "saying the right things to attract a girl" is the equivalent of a female "presenting the right look to attract a male."
Women wear make up; some guys actually "make-up" things about themselves all in the spirit of reproduction. How's that for irony?
See there was a line of reasoning behind it.

when you are in a situation and just assume that its gonna turn out right, then when it turns out bad.....u try 2 blame somebody else. No....you just take control of your actions and try to handle the situation. Becuase blaming it on somebody else isn't making the situation any better. Becuase all ur doing now is just adding problems on top of problesms, which gives you more headache and pain, and more drama. So its just best to think before u react.

When you make a decision and act on it you are immediately responsible for it and for any consequence of that action. The end.

As soon as they are old enough to be accountable for their actions. Different ages for different decisions, but they should be taught at a young age about consequences, and not making excuses.

At the age of fifteen, when the person reaches his spiritual maturity.
God does not blame innocent and disadvantage children, but He bestows on them His all-bountiful love.

One should be able to do this at an early age, perhaps as early as the teen years, certainly by age 18.

As soon as possible. First we have to persuade them, which is a pretty tall order. I try my best not to make it my problem too.
